I reserve the right to refuse service, decline updates, or discontinue any project at any time, for any reason. This includes new work, ongoing work, maintenance, revisions, or future updates. I am not obligated to provide lifetime updates, ongoing support, or indefinite maintenance unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Pricing Changes

All pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Updated pricing applies to all new projects and may apply to ongoing or future work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. No client is guaranteed permanent pricing or locked‑in rates.

Project Scope & Boundaries

Work is performed only within the agreed‑upon scope. Any additional features, pages, revisions, or updates may require additional payment at current rates.

Professional Conduct

I reserve the right to end any working relationship if communication becomes disrespectful, unprofessional, or unproductive.
