Camera‑based VIN scanning using Google ML Kit with automatic decoding of year, make, model, engine, and engine code. Includes manual entry fallback and OCR correction logic.
VIN History System
Every scanned VIN becomes a complete vehicle record with service history, photos, mileage logs, technician notes, and timestamps. Automatically loads past data when scanning the same vehicle again.
Local Vehicle Database
The app includes a full offline vehicle database with oil viscosity, capacity, and filter numbers. Technicians can retrieve specs even without internet access.
VIN Fallback System
Multi‑layer fallback logic including checksum validation, character correction, OCR confidence scoring, retry logic, and improved handling for glare, reflections, and dirty VIN plates.
Oil Change Workflow
Complete Oil Service System
After scanning the VIN, the app automatically loads vehicle information and oil specifications. Technicians follow a guided workflow with a live timer, required checklist, and required photos.

Persistent Job Recovery
The app automatically saves every change — VIN, vehicle info, mileage, photos, checklist items, timers, and selected services. If the app closes mid‑service, everything is restored instantly.
Technicians never lose progress, even during long or complex jobs.
Pricing & Invoicing Engine
Automatic Pricing
Supports Interior Detailing, Premium Interior, Heavy Interior, Oil Changes, Premium Oil Changes, and all add‑ons. Totals are calculated automatically.
Invoice Generation
When a job is completed, the app generates an invoice, sends it, stores completion time, and marks the job as finished.
Image Management
Required service photos are captured, uploaded, and automatically linked to each job record, creating a complete visual history for every vehicle.
Offline‑Friendly
